A group of yoga friends is mapping out a good run in the magical mountains of Boquete, in the tropical Republic of Panama. Running Boquete will get cold in the evenings, the hills are drastic and even steep in places in the deep valleys and hills along the mountain top.
We came here to Panama for nutrition, we came here to train. On a wild botanical journey to the strongest nutrients available, our team has begun working with several athletes and self-care practitioners to take their performance to the next level.
We did a cool salad-off with one of Panama’s Presidential Chef’s Patricia who opened her own garden-to-table restaurant, which is just incredible!
Here in the ranks of “ND Team” we can tell clients with total security and guarantee that this is a next-level getting endeavor and we will be recording drastic improvements in all performance areas for any who tries it.
After a decade this team became finally ready to offer nutrition and testing to more individuals and we got the invite to one of the first rotations of the absolutely best nutritional retreat I have ever attended!
To get the supplements is one thing, but to get the live thing is truly something special. The whole time we all felt so grateful, and super-charged there is really something to this, and the director there might be right when he says this is the “true life.” I certainly know what people are talking about when they say we are living a lie.
Boquete is a fantastic little coffee town with every luxury high society might want available too. Trips and tourism are fun and beautiful in and around the sleepy village. The weather is remarkable and the peace of mind here is something.
I found a good jujitsu club, a nice boxing club, runners and cyclists all about and tons of families live in Boquete, from all over the world. Boquete is a family place.
Itsmo Fitness is the gym you want to find in Boquete and there are several hikes and waterfalls to train up with. Running, biking and horseback riding are all normal on the streets of the town.
Boquete is a wealthy place, the property is not cheap, and neither is rent. Stores and restaurants are also expensive but strategically one can live very well very cheaply.
Near to Boquete is David Panama’s second-largest city of around 300 thousand. The small “cow-town” feel of David is relaxed and happy going. Small businesses do well there, and the economy is stable. The city is said to be one of the cheapest cities to live and shop in Central America.
We do a lot of running in Panama City also, as well as on the Caribbean island archipelago that Panama has to offer Bocas del Toro. Our group is involved in a myriad of different activities throughout Panama all the time – high energy.
We have been looking at Boquete slowly but surely over the years, and we have been looking for the right land and the right approach at the right time, which is getting nearer and nearer. What is the first thing we must do of course, run, bike, and ride circles around it.
This was a cool scouting tour, of a cool place and we are looking to get back and really run amuck.
This year should be the swing back of natural health campaigns. The perfect post-pandemic getaway to get things started for many could be Boquete.
It gets chilly at night, hoodie and pants will do as it’s nothing brutal. This is a magical cloud forest here, and there is often overcast and sprinkling rain.
The community appreciates art and organic, authentic value, and many other common features of mountain towns. It’s fairly religious and I would say it’s trying to be conscious and it’s learning about the problems associated with monocultures.
This performance-enhancing retreat outfit is putting together groups of runners and people interesting in training all the time so please be sure to send your information to them so you can get down there, get the live nutrition and maybe get into the secret club that gets the new supplements before everybody else. Speaking of, we are working on some seriously potent muscle construction stuff right now!
The Boquete Retreat plans are all over the place at the moment. There is a lot to take advantage of in this region and we are thinking this is an 8 to 10-day retreat for us. A lot of progress can be made here within these magic mountains, with this magic nutrition and we have a few other magic solutions too.
The retreat is perfect for office workgroups who want to step it up, just as it is for advanced runners to see something new. The plan is diverse training as well as diverse nutrition and it’s going to be action-packed this one.
A perfect fire starter to get back to work gear with, after being re-keyed by regulation many today are looking for a high-altitude jump start like this one in a beautiful place!
Iron Man comes up here on February 6, 2022, in the big city, and this would be a good thing to prepare with. Get acclimated with Panama, the air here, and then get to the higher elevations and do the hills. We have several people on our team getting ready for this one!

Panama has been good to us overall. There are pros and cons to every place, and being that we believe in diverse destinations Panama is a good one. Colombia and Costa Rica are also good countries. Nicaragua is also coming up as a favored destination for backpackers, surfers, and adventurists. There is an exp[at population there, and some raw beauty and culture to be seen. South America has a diverse range of cultures and experiences to be had also and we find the general cruise through Latin America to be a good one.
Panama City is a great hub for all of this, and the domestic flight to David, an hour outside of Boquete is around 80$ usually. For me, I like to keep my diversity, but most of the time, I continue to be a mountain man – unfound. Plants, Dogs, and Horses are my primary family these days.
The level of training with this really is next-level, so is the lifestyle. These guys are wise, and they know how to do it.
We really had a world-class time, a couple of times, and we will be back again.
The story does go on and on here and we are excited about the next “Renaissance Chapter” of it all.
Running Boquete will be important for running any practical event for self or organization in Central America. The hills and the high altitude and cold climate is the perfect switch for training up the lungs. We will be practicing with the slingshot potential of air quality between the three locations, Panama City, Boquette & Bocas Island.
If we can get organized right we should really be able to increase our diverse nutrition this way. We have different sources we like to go to in each place, and now with the new resources we have, we can hopefully travel with, work with and consume a higher diversity of excellent nutrition on site. To boot we are getting ready to get out to see these guys in Costa Rica in early 2020 also!!
