Today modern culture and diet education have people eating the most narrow, odd, and least nutritious diets of any animal on the planet. The difference between the two models nutritionally is startling and drastic. Our model is a chemically sprayed or injected food supply, with tons of processes, peppered with completely unnatural snacks that speed aging and disease and limit performance and ability. The spectral comparison is also dramatic whereas our model is 4 to 26 species of living foods where an animal in nature may ingest 60-100+ species in a day to build up their “macros.”
So a team of revolving roughnecks, characters, and wannabe botanists and athletes have been able to push through these modern stereotypical diet fashions in the beautiful paradise and jungle tropics of Panama.
The team has hovered around the idea of eating a diverse spectrum of nutrients and nutrition over the last ten years at a Caribbean located vortex of dimensions known as the Spanish Mission Style Mansion in the Tropical Islands of Bocas del Toro, Panama.
They think that if they eat sixty or more species regularly they will be far healthier than you are or I on the modern plates of three to seven things a few times a day.
Intrigued I asked a volunteer cook who asked to remain nameless some questions.
“Is it hard to get things to taste good with so many ingredients?”
“The first heckle is always “how do you make it taste good,” the answer is like anything else take your time, perfect your craft, and get it done, They become shocked if they ever try a perfected diverse recipe. One of my personal ones is a burrito another a lasagne, of 30 to 40 species.”
“Does food with many things taste good?”
“Diverse foods provide rich nutritional elements that are not on the modern menu at all. The depth of taste when understood becomes as capable and dynamic as the painter’s (cook’s) pallet.”
He added that,
“Smoothies can really become miracles both in tantalizing tastes and in good nutritional boost, recovery, and dynamic performance ability increases in areas such as flexibility and dexterity – when one is dealing with diverse nutrients from excellent sources (not the grocery store).”
He was making a salsa that also had a high number of ingredients and his own olive oil fried potato chips and that little snack was a hit out of the park!
The study has a new level of carnivore v.s. vegan conversation to be had explaining largely unknown importances such as soy crops being possibly the largest threat to our overall ecology because of the monoculture cropping style they are grown in – that kills and mutates pollinators by the thousands each time certain spraying is performed. “Going back and forth between animal and vegetable is good, and can be strategic,” says the head trainer there in Bocas del Toro Panama, a tree trunk of a guy.
He continued to explain that,
Oxalates are plant chemicals and fibers that seem to cause nerve-muscle, tendon, and bone discomfort and can cause performance obstacles and even limited operation.
TMAO is a chemical that comes out of the liver, that damages the arterial network and underlines heart disease when digesting high amounts of animal proteins.
