What to expect?

For the first few days we will ask for pictures of each plate and the time it was ingested. We will slowly go from there with small weekly changes and an hour each week to review the “core more” initial transformation workout and get it down packed and the logging of that and diet into the workout diary done each day. By the end of the month, your progress will be clear.

The tech we are using is quite robust and data is contributed to the ND Biodiverse Food Study, the only case study of its kind that likely revolutionizes diet, health, and agriculture in the future.

We will have detailed nutrient calculations and a transformation diary to lay the foundation for years of health optimization to come.
